Answer: Our system uses CSS for the complete layout. We have included a submit your own CSS function which will replace the current design with yours. We can also offer a unique creation service for a fee. See here for more details.
Answer: If you are requiring your own domain name then it can take up to 48 hours to become live. If you are using an extension of Memories UK it will become live within 24 hours. You will be able to start adding photographs or data within a few minutes of going live.
Answer: No. We have attempted to make the system as simple to operate as can be, however, if you feel that you can not manage it yourself we have a more advanced package where we manage it for you.
Answer: Your photographs will be a part of our system which automatically backs up every week.
With this in mind you can guarantee that your photographs are in safe hands. On top of this, each week your photographs will be saved to CDROM to further ensure their protection.
Answer: Yes, all of your photographs will be returned via recorded delivery. If preferred we will return them using special delivery (a fee will apply).
Answer: Yes, we have included a function which allows you to create and edit categories
Answer: You can send your photographs by post, drop them off at memories uk or we can arrange a collection service. See here for details..
Answer: No problem. We can scan in your original photographs in high quality then add them into your gallery. See here for details.
Answer: Yes. We have a login function that will only give access to people you trust to view your collection.
Answer: Uploading photographs is the same procedure we use frequently when filling in online forms. Simply browse to the photograph on your pc and click upload.
Answer: No. Our system is family related and as such we do not permit such imagery. Users found uploading photographs of this nature or posting comments related to this will be removed from the system and have their services revoked. In such cases, no refund will be offered.
